Job summary

Rainham Mark Grammar School is seeking a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor (32.5 hours, term time plus 5 days) to join our team. You will supervise whole classes in the absence of teaching staff, keeping students focused on the set work and maintaining a positive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong behaviour management, and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils.

Job description

We are seeking a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor (32.5 hours, term time plus 5 days) to join Rainham Mark Grammar School. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and is considering a career in education. You will supervise whole classes during the absence of teaching staff, ensuring students remain on task with the work set and maintaining a positive learning environment. Strong communication skills, good behaviour management and the ability to build positive relationships with students are essential.
