Teaching Personnel is working closely with a mainstream secondary school in B49, Alcester, to recruit reliable cover supervisors. Opportunities include full-time, part-time, and flexible roles to fit your schedule.

We seek confident individuals with previous experience as a cover supervisor in UK secondary schools.

Our ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience as a cover supervisor or HLTA
• Be confident, outgoing, and have a strong classroom presence
• Possess strong behaviour management skills
• Have experience or understanding of supporting pupils with special educational needs

You will be required to:

• Step in for absent class teachers and deliver lessons confidently across various year groups
• Follow pre-planned lessons accurately and adhere to timings
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and report concerns to SLT
• Uphold safeguarding policies and procedures at all times

You will represent Teaching Personnel and are expected to work to high standards, embodying our motto: "Making a Difference Every Day."
