We are seeking flexible and reliable Cover Supervisors to join our team in Derby!

These roles are perfect for confident individuals who are passionate about working with young people and are ready to step into classrooms in the absence of the class teacher.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver pre-set lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students across a variety of subjects.
2. Manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive learning environment.
3. Supervise students independently, sometimes without additional classroom support or TA assistance.
4. Follow school policies and provide feedback to teaching staff.

Requirements:

1. Driving licence is preferred but not essential.
2. Previous UK-based experience working with secondary-age students is essential.
3. Confidence to lead a class and manage behavior effectively.
4. Adaptability to cover a wide range of subjects.
