Job summary

The Bolsover School, part of Redhill Academy Trust, is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to support students and staff. You will supervise classrooms when teachers are absent and provide 1:1 or small group support as needed.

The role offers a structured induction and access to ongoing professional development through the Trust. We value confident, adaptable individuals who communicate effectively and uphold high standards of behaviour and learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom supervision in the absence of teaching staff.
• Assist with administrative tasks or 1:1/small group classroom support when not on cover duties.

Your role…

As a Cover Supervisor, you will provide classroom supervision in the event of teaching staff being absent from work or otherwise unavailable. When not being used for cover, you will be required to provide administrative or 1:1/small group classroom support.
