About the Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you ll step into the classroom when teachers are absent, delivering pre-set lesson plans and maintaining a positive learning environment. This is an ideal opportunity for graduates considering teacher training or a career in education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes during teacher absences across a range of subjects.

• Deliver lesson content as provided by the regular teacher.

• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.

• Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour.

• Support students with their learning where possible.

We re Looking For:

• A recent graduate (any discipline considered) with a passion for education.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Confidence in managing classroom dynamics.

• A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude.

Previous school-based experience is not required, but any experience working with young people (e.g. mentoring, tutoring, coaching) is advantageous.
