The Education Alliance is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our supportive Cover team. This role will supervise classes in the absence of the timetabled teacher, ensuring students complete the curriculum tasks set.
The position is offered on a flexible basis, with part-time or full-time options. Core hours are 8:30 to 3:30, term-time, and the salary starts at £20,331 per year with progression to around £23,904 over two years.
We are seeking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to join our friendly Cover team. This role will supervise classes during the absence of the timetabled class teacher, ensuring students carry out the curriculum tasks set by the class teacher.
The working days are up to five days a week and we welcome applications on a part time or full time basis. The full time working hours are from 8.30 am to 3.30 pm, Monday to Friday during the school term. Your actual starting salary is £20,331 per annum based on working 30.8 hours over 5 days a week, and this is paid in 12 equal instalments over the year so even when it is the summer holidays, you continue to receive the same payment that month. Your salary is on a progressive pay scale and it is anticipated that with annual pay progression, your salary will increase to £22,004 after your first year and to £23,904 per annum after your second year.
