GSL Education in Doncaster is seeking a Cover Supervisor to support pupils during teacher absences and help keep lessons running smoothly. You will oversee lessons, deliver pre-prepared activities and foster a positive, focused learning environment across year groups.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and classroom management skills, with a calm, adaptable approach and the ability to follow lesson plans while managing groups of pupils.

Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Location: Doncaster
Salary: £460 – £650 per week (depending on experience and qualifications)
Contract Type: Long-term / Temporary, Full-time / Part-time

Do you enjoy working with young people and feel confident taking charge of a classroom? A secondary school in Doncaster is seeking a Cover Supervisor to support pupils during teacher absences and help keep lessons running smoothly.

About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll oversee lessons using work prepared by the regular teacher, helping pupils understand their tasks and stay engaged throughout the school day. You'll work across different subjects and year groups, managing classroom behaviour and encouraging students to take responsibility for their learning. • Have the right to work in the UK.
• Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last two years.
• Have an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
