Job summary

Warden Park Secondary Academy is seeking a Cover Supervisor for a permanent post, 32.5 hours per week, term time only, starting September 2026. The role focuses on keeping students on track when their regular teacher is absent and requires calm under pressure and good ICT skills.

We offer professional development with strong SLT support. The salary is on the SLT payscale grade D, pro rata of £25,583 - £26,403 fte, with an actual starting salary of £18,789.86 - £19,392.12.

The ability to work calmly and often under pressure is essential.A good working knowledge of current ICT packages is required and previous experience of working in a school environment would be an advantage.
