St Wilfrid's Catholic School in Crawley seeks an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to support student learning in the absence of teachers. This role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills. The school emphasizes a supportive community for both students and staff.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and confident Cover Supervisor to join our team in September.
The key role of a Cover Supervisor is to work closely with students across a range of subjects and to ensure they maintain their learning in the absence of their regular teacher. We are looking for candidates with strong organisational and interpersonal skills, who are confident, inspiring, and can make a real difference for students in the classroom. A full programme of training and support will be provided.
