Job summary

R&A Education Solutions is seeking a Cover Supervisor to support local schools in Medway and Kent. You will deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher, manage behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.

We welcome Graduates, Aspiring Teachers and Teaching Assistants. Flexible, part-time and long-term supply roles are available with competitive daily pay and dedicated consultant support.

Qualifications

• Experience working with secondary-aged children or young people.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Confidence leading a classroom independently.
• A flexible and positive attitude.
• A passion for education.

Responsibilities

Cover Supervisor - Medway

Location: Medway, Kent

Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time & Flexible Supply

Salary: £120 - £170 per day (depending on experience)

The Role

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Support students to remain engaged with their learning.
• Record attendance and provide feedback to teaching staff.
• Build positive relationships with students and school staff.

No planning or marking is required.
