Monarch Education are working with secondary schools across Bridgwater who are looking for reliable Cover Supervisors to support pupils and maintain continuity of learning from the start of the new academic year.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff. You will deliver pre-prepared work, keep pupils focused on their learning and maintain a positive, well-managed classroom environment across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Cover Supervisor, teaching assistant, sports coach, graduate or someone with relevant experience working with young people who is considering a career in teaching.
