  • Providing feedback to the regular teacher on the progress of the lesson and any issues encountered.

About You:

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Possess strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students.
  • Are confident, adaptable, and able to use their initiative.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Are reliable, punctual, and professional.
  • Are committed to creating a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Previous experience working in a school or with young people is desirable, but not essential as training will be provided.
  • A good standard of education, including GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent), is typically expected.

What We Offer:

  • A rewarding opportunity to contribute to the education of young people.
  • Flexible working arrangements, often on a day-to-day or short-term basis, with potential for longer-term or permanent roles.
  • Competitive daily rates of pay (typically in the range of £100-£130, dependent on experience and the specific nature of the cover).
  • A supportive and collaborative working environment.
