Teaching Personnel Ltd. seeks a Cover Supervisor to join a large 11–16 community in Basingstoke. You will supervise lessons using pre-prepared work when teachers are absent and help maintain a calm, orderly learning environment. The post is full-time, term-time only, with safeguarding DBS checks required.

The role focuses on supporting student engagement, behaviour management, and collaboration with staff to ensure continuity of learning across subjects and key stages.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning. You will:

• Supervise lessons using pre-prepared work in the absence of teachers

• Support student engagement and progress
• Assist with administrative or classroom-based tasks when required
