Stanwell School Is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and flexible person to join our team from September 2025. As a Cover Supervisor you will work across the school covering the lessons of teachers when they are absent. The expectations for cover work across the school are both high and consistent, ensuring that you will always have the support from teaching staff to do the very best job you can. The position is a fixed term contract, but with the potential to be made permanent.

The role would suit graduates wishing to gain experience in order to enter a career in teaching or who would like to further their career working with young people. Applications from newly qualified teachers welcome as the school will facilitate opportunities to work towards completing induction. In return you will receive excellent training and support. The post is for 30 hours per week (8.30am-3.00pm) for 39 weeks per annum (term time plus all INSETS).
