The Willink School is seeking a dedicated Cover Manager to line manage Cover Supervisors and organise the daily cover system for the school, including coordination of supply teachers.

The role will also involve supervising classes of students aged 11-16 when teachers are absent, ensuring work is set and the class is well managed, with opportunities to participate in small group interventions. This is a strong stepping stone for progression in a school environment.
