Job summary

Ridgeway Academy is seeking a Cover/Learning Supervisor to support teaching and learning during term-time and additional days. The role offers pro-rata pay based on hours and weeks worked, with a salary that reflects holiday entitlement and scale points H4/H5.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for working with young people, strong communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work both independently and within a team, using computer systems including Microsoft Excel.

Pay scale: H4/H5(SCP 6 - 14 £26,847 - £30,515) paid pro-rata for hours & weeks worked dependanton experience

Hours: 8.00am- 3.30pm (35 hours) Monday to Friday

Weeks: Term time plus 5 days to includeINSET days (39 weeks) 0.8708028

Actual salary: £21,722.18- £24,690.18 (includes holiday entitlement)
