Job Title: Cover Coordinator and Administrator for Attendance and First Aid

Contract: Permanent, full-time role, Term time only + 5 inset days.

Hours: 07.00am - 3.00pm

Salary: Grade C - £27,964 - £30,146 per annum

Actual Salary: £23,945 per annum

We are looking for a Cover Coordinator and Administrator for Attendance and First Aid to join our supportive and talented team at John Cabot Academy. The person appointed to this vital role at the school will administrate the cover requirements of the academy. They will ensure the cover organised is of a high standard, is cost effective and meets academy needs. They will be responsible for co-ordinating lesson cover in line with academy procedures and national guidelines. Additionally, the successful candidate will support with attendance administration and will lead on First Aid.

John Cabot Academy is an 11-16 academy in South Gloucestershire close to the border of Bristol. We share our site and staffing with the CLF Post-16 provision, forming an 11-18 Academy. The Academy has a strong reputation both locally and regionally.

The checks will also include an enhanced DBS check and a further check against the appropriate barred list.
