Glen Group in Longtown (CA6) is looking for a Zero Hour Cover Cleaner to join a growing cleaning business. This is a zero-hour contract and cover role; days aren’t guaranteed, but when called you will work 6 hours per shift at £13.45 per hour. Cleaning experience is preferred but full training is provided.

BPSS & SC clearance is required for MOD site access. The candidate should be trustworthy, well-organised, flexible and detail‑oriented, with good diplomacy with staff and customers.

• BPSS & SC screening required for MOD site.

Responsabilités

• Respond to Customer/ Site Team requests.
• Follow COSHH, H/S and colour coding.
• Use Timegate for Actual pay.
• Rectify faults daily.
• Clean a mix of areas thoroughly.
• Cover sickness and annual leave.

Glen Group are actively recruiting for a Zero Hour Cover Cleaner to join a well-established and growing cleaning business in the Longtown, CA6 area.

As this is a Zero Hour Contract & a Cover position, no days are guaranteed, however the days you are called upon, you will be required to work 6 hours per day at £13.45 per hour.

This is a hands-on cleaning position, so cleaning experience is preferred however not essential, full training will be provided.

You will need to undergo full screening - BPSS & SC due to being a MOD site.

We are looking for someone with knowledge of cleaning and to be part of the Glen family, you will need to demonstrate diplomacy with fellow staff, customers, and your surroundings.

You must be trustworthy, well-organized flexible, and reliable with a keen eye for attention to detail.
