Job Details

Our public sector client, based in Gloucester Town Centre, is recruiting for a Court Usher (Band F) to join their team as a temporary employee. This role is currently temporary with a good chance of extension. It is a full-time position, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with working hours around 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm, depending on business needs. The pay rate is £12.21 per hour, paid weekly.

Work Environment

This role is fully onsite with no hybrid or remote working options.

Responsibilities
  1. Setting up courtrooms (water, pads, pens, etc.)
  2. Ensuring correct scheduling of courtrooms
  3. Collating court files and papers
  4. Providing directions to courtrooms
  5. Recording outcomes
  6. Data entry
Candidate Requirements

Strong face-to-face customer service experience is desirable. The role involves interacting with people from all walks of life.

Additional Information

The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check, which is free of charge.
