Excellent opportunity for a Court of Protection Solicitor to lead a strong Court of Protection team, to be based in Bristol. This excellent firm have multiple offices and are very established in the South West.

This Court of Protection solicitor will work on a varied caseload including making applications to the Court of Protection, deputyship, Trustee Act Applications, day to day management of deputyship files, disputes over financial issues, welfare and preparing statutory will and statutory gift applications. As the head of the team, you'll be providing training and supervision as well as having scope to build the existing team.

This role would suit an experienced Court of Protection Solictor who is looking for a head of team role. You must be technically sound and be able to demonstrate supervision skills.
