Court of Protection Solicitor – Newport, Wales

Goodwin Hume Legal Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dedicated Court of Protection Solicitor for their office in Newport, Wales.

This role offers a unique opportunity to join a specialized Private Client practice focusing on property and financial affairs, including work with brain injury survivors, individuals with mental health issues, learning difficulties, and degenerative diseases. The work is both challenging and rewarding.

The ideal candidate will have at least three to four years of hands-on experience in Court of Protection practice (grade C level or above) and a genuine passion for this specialized area.
