Job summary

Un cabinet d'avocats réputé cherche un avocat en droit de la protection pour rejoindre son équipe de soins aux personnes âgées. Le candidat idéal aura entre 2 et 5 ans d'expérience et sera responsable de la gestion des affaires des clients âgés, y compris les demandes auprès des tribunaux et la gestion des budgets.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ ans d'expérience en droit de la protection.
• Expérience dans l'assistance aux clients âgés requise.
• Compétences en gestion de patrimoine souhaitées.

Responsibilities

• Assister les clients âgés dans la gestion de leurs biens.
• Rédiger des demandes auprès du Tribunal de Protection.
• Gérer les références et les relations avec le tribunal.

Job title: Court of Protection Solicitor, Eastbourne

Salary: £40,000-£55,000

PQE Level: 2-5+ PQE

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

Highly rated and regarded our client seeks a junior-mid level Court of Protection lawyer to join their busy and friendly Elderly Care team. The caseload will include:

• assisting elderly clients to manage their property & affairs where a deputy order is in place.
• dealing with Court panel referrals, personal injury compensation trusts and professional attorneyships.
• drafting applications to the Court of Protection,
• assisting with the purchase and adaption of properties,
• bank account and budgeting reviews
• liaising with the Court and the Office of the Public Guardian,
• preparation of annual reports.
