Qualifications

• Previous Court of Protection experience is preferred.
• Ability to work with vulnerable clients with care and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with the Legal Director on a varied Court of Protection caseload
• Providing long-term, person-centred support to vulnerable clients
• Assisting with financial and welfare matters under the Court of Protection
• Building trusted relationships with clients, families and external professionals
• Working collaboratively with our wider Court of Protection team
