My client is a well known firm looking to appoint a paralegal to handle a mixture of private client and court of protection work.

You could have previous experience gained in a noted team either as a paralegal, legal assistant or legal secretary and you should possess excellent organisational skills.

Ideally you'll have some knowledge or experience across wills, trusts, probate, deputyship applications, OPG matters and much more.
