Job summary

FBC Manby Bowdler LLP in Wolverhampton is seeking an experienced Court of Protection Paralegal to join our supportive team. You will work closely with the Legal Director, gaining guidance from one of the region’s leading specialists while developing your own career in this niche area of law.

You’ll support vulnerable clients and families on financial and welfare matters, building lasting relationships and contributing to a high standard of client care in a friendly, collaborative firm

Qualifications

• Previous Court of Protection experience is preferred.
• Ability to work with vulnerable clients with care and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing long-term, person-centred support to vulnerable clients
• Assisting with financial and welfare matters under the Court of Protection

FBC Manby Bowdler is looking for an experienced Court of Protection Paralegal to join our highly regarded and supportive team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly alongside a very senior and highly regarded Legal Director, recognised as one of the leading Court of Protection specialists in the region. You’ll benefit from their experience and guidance while developing your own career within this specialist area of law.

The work has real purpose. You’ll support vulnerable clients and their families, often building relationships over many years and assisting with important financial and welfare matters. We’re looking for someone who combines Court of Protection experience with genuine empathy, patience and excellent people skills.

Previous Court of Protection experience is preferred.
