HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) is recruiting a Bailiff to visit homes and businesses, explain the proceedings, and help resolve matters with empathy and clear communication. You will lead in emotionally charged situations, plan your day, and adapt quickly to changing plans.

A UK driving licence is essential; optional lease car after probation and fuel allowances are available. Full PPE and training provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator with ability to explain visits clearly.
• Empathetic approach when dealing with court users.
• Able to plan daily workload and adapt to changing plans on short notice.

Responsabilités

• Visit people in homes and businesses and explain visit purpose.
• Demonstrate empathy and maintain non-judgmental attitude.
• Lead and manage emotionally charged situations with calm decisiveness.
• Plan and adapt daily workload; work away from office as needed.
• Access IT and court case management systems during duties.
• Safety training and use of PPE provided.
