Job summary

UCS College Group is seeking an experienced Plumbing Course Leader to join our team and help lead our Plumbing training programmes. You will influence the lives of students, shaping their educational journey and equipping them with practical and theoretical plumbing skills to succeed in a thriving industry.

• Inspire and mentor students to develop practical and theoretical skills in plumbing.
• Manage a team of teaching staff to deliver high-quality learner outcomes.

Job description

Are you an experienced Plumbing professional with a passion for teaching and mentoring the next generation of skilled tradespeople? We are looking for a dedicated Plumbing Course Leader to join our dynamic team and help lead our Plumbing training programmes.

In this pivotal role, you will influence the lives of our students across a range of exciting Plumbing and Construction programmes. Your leadership will shape the educational journey of these students, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to succeed in a thriving industry.

You will be motivated and enthusiastic about Plumbing and a strong team player who strives to deliver the best possible outcomes for our students. You will have some industry experience and be flexible in your approach to adapt to the various levels of learners. You will be expected to lead a successful team of staff to continue to contribute to the College’s expectations of quality.
