UCS College Group is recruiting for a lead teacher to head the SEMH provision at Crockers, Cannington. You will co-ordinate Teaching, Learning and Assessment on designated courses, deliver English and maths Functional Skills, and drive personalised programmes to re-engage learners with barriers to learning.

The ideal candidate will have experience with SEMH learners, be a strong team player and committed to inclusive practice.

• Experience with learners with SEMH needs.
• Delivery of English and Maths Functional Skills.
• Commitment to inclusive practice and high-quality teaching.

Mansioni

• Lead Teaching, Learning and Assessment for allocated courses.
• Develop personalised programmes for learners with barriers to learning.
• Coordinate curriculum development in partnership with the SEMH & DSL team.
