Job summary

Trinity CE High School in Manchester is seeking a Course Director KS5 Mathematics. The role requires QTS and a degree in a relevant field, with leadership responsibility for KS5 and experience delivering the national curriculum.

  • Manage KS5 staff performance and contribute to department standards.
  • Promote enrichment and assist Head of Department in maintaining high standards.

Contract type: Term-Time only

Scale: MPS / UPS plus a £5,000 recruitment allowance, payable for the first year of appointment

(The school is seeking to appoint in anticipation of a vacancy. Appointment is subject to receipt of the relevant postholder's formal resignation.)

This is a great opportunity to come and work in our very highly rated secondary school in central Manchester. Deliver leading and developing the KS5 Mathematics curriculum, supporting student achievement through effective teaching, assessment and intervention, managing KS5 staff performance, promoting enrichment opportunities, and assisting the Head of Department in maintaining high standards across the Mathematics Department.
