We are currently seeking an experienced COURIER Operations Manager with a strong understanding of international courier services and import/export customs regulations.

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the operations department and staff involved in import/export activities.
2. Motivate the team and provide assistance as needed.
3. Ensure deliveries and collections are processed efficiently and professionally.
4. Ensure compliance with HMRC and customs regulations.
5. Communicate effectively with overseas partners and offices.
6. Lead and manage the team effectively.
7. Knowledge of Dangerous Goods (DG) shipments is an advantage.
8. Maintain strong communication skills.
9. Utilize PC skills and Microsoft Office packages proficiently.
