Job summary

GBJ FedEx Express UK Transportation Limited is seeking a Courier in Leeds. You will join a team delivering parcels with a focus on reliability and customer service. Hours are 45 per week, Monday to Friday, with a shift from 07:30 to 17:30 and enhanced pay for after-hours periods.

The role requires a valid Class 2 licence, Driver CPC, Tachograph card, and a strong customer-service mindset. You will be responsible for safe driving, parcel handover, and compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• A full valid Class 2 licence with Driver CPC and a Tachograph card.
• Excellent customer service skills to interact with customers.
• Good understanding of driving rules and road regulations.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently and flexibly.

Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver parcels to customers.
• Ensure security of vehicle and freight in transit.
• Perform multi-drop deliveries.
• Complete vehicle checks and adhere to procedures.

Position Summary

We are looking for Courier to join our team at Leeds. Whether you are fresh from the test centre or have experience, we want to speak to you!

Your role

Working hours: 45 per week

Shift: Monday to Friday 07:30 - 17:30

Salary: £14.70 per hour. Premia paid for hours worked between 7pm - 10pm, and 10pm - 6am.

What will you going to be doing?

• Collection and delivery of parcels and freight to our customers
• Security of the vehicle and freight while in your vehicle
• Multi drop deliveries
• Complete procedural checks on your vehicle
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations

What are we looking for?

• A full valid class 2 licence along with Driver CPC and Tacho Driver Card
• Someone with great customer service skills
• Great attitude with the ability to work independently and flexibly
• Good understanding of driving rules and regulations
