Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) in London seeks an experienced COUPA Technical/Functional Lead to drive, manage and support COUPA delivery across the SAP platform for global PlayStation operations.

You will own architecture design, upgrades and integration testing, collaborating with IT Foundational Services, SAP and MuleSoft teams to ensure robust, scalable solutions that meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on COUPA configurations and administration.
• Experience across full lifecycle of technology-enabled change.
• Strong understanding of COUPA, SAP S/4HANA, analytics and purchasing integrations with Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of COUPA architecture and major upgrades.
• Build expertise across COUPA suite to improve data and application frameworks.
• Adhere to COUPA development processes and drive long-term technical vision.
• Define architecture standards, with clear communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Participate in defect analysis and resolve production issues.
• Own prioritization and reporting of Finance initiatives progress.
• Collaborate with SAP and MuleSoft teams to define E2E requirements.
• Coordinate testing and documentation for system changes.
• Work with internal and third-party teams to troubleshoot production issues.
