Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking an experienced COUPA Technical/Functional Lead to drive, manage and support COUPA delivery across SAP S/4HANA, BW and related platforms. You will lead architectural design, upgrades, and end-to-end flows while coordinating with SAP and MuleSoft teams to ensure robust financial solutions for PlayStation globally.

The role requires hands-on COUPA configurations, strong SAP financial knowledge, and excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders

Qualifications

• Hands-on COUPA configurations and administration.
• Experience across full lifecycle of technology-enabled change.
• Strong knowledge of COUPA, SAP S/4HANA, analytics, and purchasing integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of new COUPA architecture and upgrades.
• Build expertise across COUPA suite and data frameworks.
• Adhere to iterative development processes and drive long-term tech vision.
• Coordinate with SAP and MuleSoft teams to define requirements for end-to-end flow.
• Validate testing and documentation; contribute to interface design.
• Resolve production issues with internal/third-party teams.
