An NHS Ambulance Trust in Gloucester is seeking a County Business Manager to oversee administrative staff and coordinate functions across the Trust. The role involves providing leadership, support, and ensuring the wellbeing of staff while managing patient experience investigations. Candidates should have experience in line management and administration. This is a fixed term position covering maternity leave.
This is a key role within the operations structure reporting directly to the Head of Operations and managing the "Administration line" for Gloucestershire County. The County Business Manager provides leadership to administrative staff, provides direct support to senior operational staff and provides a primary point of contact for staff working in other Directorates. The County Business Manager will act as the link between administrative functions at a County level and Trust HQ. The post includes line management, direction, welfare and support, including career conversations, staff health and wellbeing, and all aspects of line management.
