Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Significant experience in Study Management within a pharmaceutical or clinical background.
• Thorough knowledge of Patient Safety processes and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned studies at country level, ensuring timelines, quality and budget.
• Lead and develop a high-performing local study team including CRAs/CSAs; set goals and drive accountability.
• Oversee feasibility and site strategy; conduct site qualifications to ensure readiness and quality.
• Ensure timely ethics/submissions and regulatory interactions in line with local requirements.
• Maintain country-level study records, CTMS/eTMF, and audit readiness.
