Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED acceptable; 2+ years in drug development preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5+ years of administrative experience.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical/Drug Development environment.
• Experience supporting clinical trials and study development.
• Professional qualification in administrative skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to exercise discretion, tact and diplomacy.
• Some project management experience for events/small projects.

Responsibilities

• Study Operations Support: Proactively manage administrative support for study leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Contracting and Systems: Manage setup and follow‑up of study-related contracts and purchase orders.
• Issue Resolution: Independently resolve issues and challenges relating to administrative requests.
• Global Collaboration: Work with global colleagues to deliver a lean, consistent administration service.
• Process Advisory: Advise customers on effective administrative tasks and best practices.
• Digital Tools and IS/IT: Administer essential IS/IT administrative systems and ensure data integrity.
• Customer Focus and Business Acumen: Understand clinical development and support customers.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead or participate in administrative improvement activities.
• Training and Team Development: Lead or participate in administrator training and development.
• Event and Project Coordination: Plan and deliver events and small projects.
