Job summary

THG, a global ecommerce group, is seeking a Country Executive to drive the Germany ecommerce trading strategy for Myprotein products. You will work with CRM, Marketing, Brand and Campaigns to optimise trading performance and grow commercial results.

Based in our Manchester ICON office, you will analyse customer behaviour, build trading calendars, plan product launches and campaigns, and develop a long-term career within THG's international business.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the development and execution of the ecommerce trading strategy for Germany.
• Building and managing trading calendars, aligning website activity with commercial targets.
• Analyzing customer behaviour and trading performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitoring key ecommerce metrics such as Gross Profit, Conversion Rate, AOV and traffic.
• Planning and supporting product launches, promotions and campaigns.
• Collaborating with CRM, Marketing, Brand and Campaign teams for a consistent customer experience.
• Identifying innovative ways to acquire, retain and grow customer value.
• Proposing and supporting A/B testing to improve performance.
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity for opportunities and risks.
• Supporting the Regional Manager with market insights, reporting and ad hoc projects.

As Country Executive, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering the ecommerce trading strategy for Germany. What impact will I make?

• Supporting the development and execution of the ecommerce trading strategy for Germany.
• Building and managing trading calendars, ensuring website activity aligns with commercial objectives and sales targets.
• Analysing customer behaviour and trading performance to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
• Monitoring key ecommerce metrics including Gross Profit, Conversion Rate, Average Order Value, Bounce Rate and traffic performance.
• Planning and supporting product launches, promotions and commercial campaigns.
• Working closely with CRM, Marketing, Brand and Campaign teams to ensure a consistent customer experience across all channels.
• Identifying innovative ways to acquire, retain and grow customer value.
• Proposing and supporting A/B testing initiatives to continuously improve performance.
• Monitoring competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Supporting the Regional Manager with market insights, reporting and ad hoc commercial projects.
