Acrisure, LLC in London is seeking an Internal Governance Analyst to support the day-to-day management of counterparty onboarding and due diligence.

You will review submissions, maintain records, perform first-line checks, and work with Compliance to ensure consistent processes. The role also focuses on governance, security procedures, and auditability, with opportunities to enhance onboarding controls.

Qualifications

• Experience with counterparty onboarding, ideally within insurance broking or broader financial services.
• Experience using OpenTWINS.
• Understanding of market security procedures and security ratings.
• Attention to detail with the ability to maintain a clear audit trail.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate trading partner records in OpenTWINS.
• Review submissions from the business for new trading partners and required documentation.
• Complete first-line due diligence checks and refer matters to Compliance where appropriate.
• Support the maintenance and improvement of trading partner process guidance documents.
• Liaise with business stakeholders and Compliance to support timely onboarding decisions.
• Contribute to governance improvements that strengthen controls and auditability.
