Staffline is seeking a Counterbalance Warehouse Operative in Newcastle for a full-time role. You will handle goods receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence, a full UK driving licence for local deliveries, and prior warehouse experience. You’ll join a supportive team with opportunities for training and development.

Shift Pattern

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekly
• 7:00am - 3:00pm
• 10:00am - 6:00pm

Pay Rate

• £14.15 per hour

Your Time at Work

• Receive, unload, and organise incoming deliveries.
• Check goods against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
• Store stock safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.
• Prepare shipments, including labelling and palletising.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.
• Assist with stock checks and inventory control.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and company standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.
• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
• Full, clean UK Driving Licence with the ability to undertake local deliveries.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently.
• Basic computer skills, including email and warehouse management systems.
• A flexible attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to carry out physical duties and safely lift moderate-weight items.
