Manpower (United Kingdom) is seeking a reliable FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy site in Scunthorpe. You will operate Counterbalance Forklift Trucks, support warehouse and yard activities, and ensure safe/material movement across the site.

The role requires a valid FLT licence and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours from 6am to 10pm. Own transport is essential due to the location.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, NPORS or equivalent).
• Experience operating Counterbalance Forklift Trucks in warehouse/logistics environment.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced operational setting.
• Willing to assist with general operative tasks when required.
• Strong awareness of health and safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Operate Counterbalance Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently within warehouse, yard, and operational environments.
• Load and unload vehicles, trailers, containers, and storage areas as required.
• Transport materials between designated locations across site.
• Assist with loading, unloading, transfer, storage, and positioning of goods and materials.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report faults promptly.
• Ensure all loads are secured to prevent damage and maintain efficiency.
• Coordinate workload with supervisors, warehouse personnel, and transport providers.
• Support stock management and storage activities; maintain clean work areas.
