Job summary

Kenect Recruitment Ltd on behalf of our client is recruiting an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy warehouse team in Wednesbury. You will operate a counterbalance forklift, load and unload vehicles, and move stock around the warehouse. The role requires a valid FLT licence, prior experience, and a willingness to perform general duties. An on-site assessment will be conducted prior to starting; you should be reliable and a strong team player.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence.
• Previous experience operating a Counterbalance FLT in a warehouse environment.
• Willingness to carry out both FLT and general warehouse duties.
• Reliable, hardworking and a good team player.
• Must pass on-site FLT assessment before starting.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload vehicles.
• Move stock throughout the warehouse.
• Assist with goods in and goods out.
• Support the warehouse team with general duties as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.
