Job summary

ProARecruitment is recruiting Counterbalance Forklift Drivers for a permanent role in Leicestershire. You will operate Counterbalance FLTs in a fast-paced environment, loading/unloading, moving pallets, and supporting stock control with MRP systems. RTITB licence and strong safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• RTITB Counterbalance licence is required.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Strong health and safety standards and quality focus.
• Accurate, confident FLT driving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance FLTs safely in a busy production environment.
• Move products, pallets, and cages across the site.
• Load and unload vehicles with precision and care.
• Check barcodes, customer orders and stock items for UK-wide distribution.
• Support production and warehouse teams, maintaining quality and safety.
