Ideal Recruit Ltd in Kettering is seeking reliable Counterbalance Drivers for immediate starts. You will operate counterbalance forklifts on a 4 on, 4 off rota from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with pay at £14.55 per hour.

The role requires a valid Counterbalance licence (in-house licences accepted), a hardworking, punctual and team‑oriented attitude, and flexibility to support warehouse operations when needed. Applicants may be asked to provide five years of UK address history and a criminal record
