Job summary

Impact Recruitment is recruiting Counterbalance Drivers for a long-established manufacturer based in Corby. This temporary role is suitable for motivated individuals who are comfortable with physical work and working as part of a team.

Shifts run Monday to Friday 06:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00, with a night option Sunday-Thursday 22:00-06:00. Basic hourly pay starts at £15.14–£15.62, with overtime rates for evenings, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift certificate.
• Be physically fit and able to perform manual handling.
• Able to work to tight deadlines.
• Team player with a good work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Drive Counterbalance forklift and operate MHE.
• Assist other warehouse departments.
• Optimise space utilisation.
• Banding, strapping and moving materials safely.

We have a fantastic opportunity to work for one of our well established long-term clients based in Corby.

Hours Of Work

Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00

Sunday to Thursday, 22:00-06:00

Basic Salary

06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00 - £15.14 per hour (40 Hours - All breaks Paid)

£21.85 per hour after 40 hours worked Monday - Saturday

£28.55 per hour Sundays and Bank Holidays

22:00-06:00 - £15.62 per hour (40 Hours - All breaks Paid)

£22.33 per hour after 40 hours worked Monday - Saturday

£29.03 per hour Sundays and Bank Holidays
