Job summary

Meridian Business Support is recruiting an FLT Driver (Counterbalance) for a busy logistics operation in Rugby (CV23 9LP). The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm with weekly pay and immediate starts.

You will operate Counterbalance equipment, place stock, load/unload deliveries and move goods across the warehouse while maintaining accurate stock movements and adhering to health and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Counterbalance FLT licence required.
• Experience as FLT/Forklift/Counterbalance driver preferred.
• Experience in a warehouse/logistics environment.
• Ability to complete a DBS check.
• Own transport is essential due to site location.

Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance equipment safely and efficiently
• Put stock away and replenish warehouse locations
• Load and unload deliveries
• Move goods throughout the warehouse and distribution centre
• Maintain accurate stock movements
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times
