Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Counterbalance FLT Driver / Production Operative for a night shift role in Dunkeswell, near Honiton. The position involves driving a Counterbalance FLT, supporting production and handling pallets, with 15% forklift tasks in the shift and a 4-day week.

The job offers a permanent path via a temporary-to-permanent arrangement, with a base rate of £18.47 per hour and £27.70 overtime. On-site parking, 28 days’ holiday and a pension are provided.

• Recent FLT experience.
• Flexible, reliable and willing to work across the operation.
• Own transport is essential due to location.

Responsabilités

Counterbalance FLT Driver / Production Operative to join a busy food business in

Dunkeswell, near Honiton.

This is a varied, hands-on

night shift role, with forklift driving making up around

15% of the working day. There are generally two FLT drivers on duty, so you will be expected to work wherever needed across the production operation.

Training will be provided on day shifts, 6am-6pm.

What We Offer

£18.47 per hour.

£27.70 per hour overtime.

Monday-Thursday, 4pm-2am.

4-day working week.

Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday off.

Temporary to permanent opportunity.
