Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Counterbalance FLT Driver / Production Operative to join a busy food business in Dunkeswell. The role includes operating a Counterbalance FLT, palletising, moving stock, and supporting production and warehouse teams.

You must hold a Counterbalance FLT licence and have recent experience, with strong attention to detail and reliability. Own transport is essential due to location.

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent.
• Recent Counterbalance FLT experience.
• Excellent attention to detail, essential in a food business.
• Reliable and willing to get involved across the operation.
• Own transport is essential due to the location.

Responsabilidades

• Operate a Counterbalance FLT when required.
• Build pallets and move stock safely around the site.
• Wash IBCs.
• Complete paperwork and checks accurately.
• Move stock and raw materials in and out of the unit.
• Support the warehouse and production teams with other duties as required.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping.
