Job summary

We can SolviT Recruitment LTD is hiring Counterbalance Drivers for Magna Park Lutterworth. The role runs on rotating shifts (0600-1400 and 1400-2200, Mon-Fri, rotating weekly) with a pay rate of £14.00 per hour and rising after 12 weeks.

This is a full-time, long-term agency position at Magna Park in Lutterworth. The job involves operating the counterbalance and clamp attachments to load, unload, and move white goods.

Qualifications

• Evidence of counterbalance training (in-house or accredited).
• Experience operating counterbalance forklifts.
• Ability to hand palletized loads safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate scanners when required and perform manual handling as needed.

We are looking for a reliableand experienced Counterbalance Drivers who can start a full-time, long-term agency role at a site on Magna Park.

The site is modern, the people are nice & they are approaching their busy period!

Rotating Morning / Afternoon shift and a multiskilled role where you are predominantly operating the Counterbalance and clamp attachment to load/unload and move white goods.

At times you may be required to step off the trucks to use scanners, manual handle and wrap/band pallets.

To be considered you will need evidence of training on the counterbalance (inhouse or accrediated) and you will need access to your own transport as this site is not on the bus route.

This role offers you:
