Job summary

Aligra Personnel Ltd in Swindon is seeking a Bendi forklift driver to join our client’s team on an ongoing basis. The role starts after a successful forklift assessment and may upskill current counterbalance drivers to Bendi.

You will operate a counterbalance forklift, wrap pallets, load and unload goods, keep the loading area clean, and follow health and safety rules. Strong attention to detail, reliable teamwork, and good communication are essential; shift is Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00,

Qualifications

• RTITB or ITSAAR Counterbalance licence required.
• Physical fitness for repetitive lifting.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate deliveries.
• Good communication and reliable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate counterbalance forklift to load/unload, drop and raise stock.
• Wrap pallets for transit and maintain tidy loading area.
• Assist with picking to meet orders when required.
• Follow health and safety regulations and report any issues.

Job description

Our client in Swindon are looking for Bendi drivers to join their team on an ongoing basis.

Counterbalance drivers are accepted with an opportunity to be upskilled to a Bendi.

Key Duties:

• Use of a counterbalance forklift to drop and raise stock into the racking
• Wrapping pallets ready for safe transit.
• Loading and unloading of vehicles of wrapped products
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the loading area.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Report any issues or incidents to the supervisor promptly.
• Assisting with the picking operation when required to ensure orders are completed on time

Job Requirements:

• In Date RTITB or ITSAAR Counterbalance licence
• Physical fitness and ability to handle repetitive tasks involved in loading.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate delivery order completion.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with other team members effectively.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Pay:

• £13.22 Per Hour

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00-16:00
