Job summary

Corr Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver for a temporary role in Hemel Hempstead. The role focuses on safe forklift operation, loading/unloading, and general warehouse duties within a busy environment.

You will carry out routine forklift checks, report faults, and work across different areas as needed while adhering to safety guidelines. Immediate start available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (out-of-house).
• Experience operating a counterbalance forklift.
• Warehouse or production experience preferred.
• Good understanding of forklift safety procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
• Strong awareness of your surroundings and workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently.

Counterbalance Forklift Driver - Hemel Hempstead

Position: Counterbalance Forklift Driver - Experienced

Location: Hemel Hempstead

Pay: £14-16 per hour

Working Hours: 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM

Shift Pattern: 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis

Contract: Temporary, with the possibility of an extension

The Role

• Operating counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
• Carrying out routine forklift checks and reporting any faults or issues
• Loading, unloading and moving stock around the warehouse
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment
• Supporting general warehouse duties when required
• Working flexibly across different areas of the operation
• Following all health and safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements
